The "Vista 464 TLSO" thoracolumbar guardian is designed primarily for postoperative use.
With its anterior, posterior and two intercostal side sections, it supports the trunk in the thoracic spine
Spine and limits its mobility.
This support minimizes the sense of pain felt by the patient.
It consists of three parts:
A strong lumbar band, a posterior thoracolumbar panel and an anterior panel.
The belt is attached to the two sections by adhesive "Velcro". It is made of high quality and durable plastic material.
It has two medial side panels that are applied in positions of choice (in to the patient's waist circumference) and makes it One Size.
The belt also features an innovative system of fluctuating compression on the OMC with two cords.
The innovation is that the compression system can apply different pressure to the O3 area compared to the O5 area
at the discretion of the treating physician.
The lumbar panel is lined with a hypoallergenic, antibacterial and antiperspirant foam. It has a fluctuation system
height adjustment in selectable positions according to the patient's body
The anterior sterno-abdominal panel is lined with foam with hypoallergenic, antibacterial and antiperspirant foam, while the bar
aluminium bar ends in an anatomically designed and ergonomically functional sternal pad.
It has the possibility of height adjustment in selectable positions and at two points (sternal and abdominal).
Both the front and rear sections are attached to the belt by means of a 'Velcro' adhesive.
The two ohmic strong adjustable straps are adjustable and complement the correct immobilization of the torso.
In the package there are panels for further reinforcement in the intermediate parts of the belt, as well as replacement materials.
